Description
Client in IN seeking CWHH-LPN-LVN (LVN) to work Shift: M-F until shift is complete On call info: On call required if requested Travel Area: To be determined. I have 2 areas that could potentially be covered. I will know more when the contractor starts. Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours Productivity Units: 28 units Qualifications: Home health experience, HCHB experience, strong wound skills, ability to draw labs, willing to communicate with RN case manager Weekend rotation every 4-5 weeks
