Float Pool RN Openings

Looking for experienced MS TELE / STEPDOWN RNs comfortable working across multiple inpatient units.

📅 Start: 12/7
⏰ Schedule: Alternating 36/48-hour weeks
💰 36-hour week: $2,230 gross/week
💰 48-hour week: $3,009 gross/week
💵 OT after 40: $84/hr

Assignment Details:
• Float almost every shift
• Primarily Med/Surg Tele, with occasional Stepdown
• Cardiac drip experience required
• Typical inpatient ratio: 5:1
• Ratios may decrease to 4:1 or 3:1 for patients requiring specialized monitoring or certain titratable drips, based on acuity and facility policy
