Location: Boston, MA 02215
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 40 Hours/week, 8H Day
Shift Time: 07:30 AM - 04:00
NOTE: PATHOLOGY/ CYTOGENETICS experience required for this position.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 year experience in one of the 3 areas in cytogenetics listed below:
1. Chromosome tissue culture and karyotype analysis
2. FISH wet lab and analysis
3. Experience in MFM/Amniotic and Placenta/Bone Marrow Testing.
COVID vaccine required + Booster - Medical exemption acceptable
Flu vaccine required - medical exemptions are acceptable
Required Qualifications:
Certificate ASCP Registered 3-5 years related work experience required.
Preferably a candidate major in genetics with cytogenetic work experience including both the wet lab preparation and chromosome analysis.
Preferably ASCP in cytogenetics, BUT will take any ASCP with FISH experience.
Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission.
