Pay Range: 35.20 - 36.96
Schedule: 07:30 - 15:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
Or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
Or Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDC II) by Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
Or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
Or Licensed Registered Nurse by Ohio Board of Nursing plus completion of masters degree in psychology or other mental health related field.
Or Licensed Registered Nurse by Ohio Board of Nursing plus completion of masters degree in nursing with a Mental Health of Psychiatric Nursing concentration.
Or Licensed Registered Nurse with practice specialty certificate in Mental Health or Psychiatric Nursing as issued by Ohio Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and provide interdisciplinary behavioral health services.
- Perform psychosocial interventions with clients within scope of practice.
- Conduct individual, family, or group counseling, testing, and education.
- Establish intervention goals and objectives to educate and resolve client issues.
- Participate in establishing, implementing, and evaluating treatment system goals.
- Interview clients and families to define case goals.
- Assess clients and determine intervention techniques, monitoring responses to treatment.
- Provide feedback on treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain data and documentation for federal, state, and local agencies.
- Serve on treatment and program development teams.
- Attend training, meetings, and court hearings.
- Coordinate referrals and conduct follow-up with other facilities and agencies.
- Apply counseling skills, social work theories, and crisis intervention techniques.
- Recognize and respond to unusual or threatening conditions.
