The selected technologist will provide diagnostic imaging services in a 78-bed hospital and support multiple clinical departments and specialty practices. Candidates must be confident performing X-ray, CT, fluoroscopy, OR, and orthopedic imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray and CT equipment.
• Perform fluoroscopy procedures and provide imaging support in the operating room (OR).
• Support orthopedic imaging and other specialized diagnostic imaging needs.
• Provide imaging services for oncology, neurosurgery, and multiple outpatient clinics, including family practice, internal medicine, urology, women's health, and pediatrics.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while following established protocols and radiation safety practices.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout imaging procedures.
• Work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnoses and quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT(R) certification required.
• ARRT(CT) certification required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform X-ray, CT, fluoroscopy, OR, and orthopedic imaging procedures.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of image quality and patient safety.

Mandatory Flu Vaccination

• Current flu vaccination is mandatory for this assignment.
• The vaccine must be from the current flu season.
• Required during the facility's stated flu season: October 1 through April 1.
• No declinations are accepted.
