Are you a BCBA with hands-on Minnesota EIDBI experience looking for a part-time leadership opportunity? We’re seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead an EIDBI program for 20 hours per week, paying up to $70/hour!
Position Highlights:
- Pay: Up to $70/hour
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Leadership: Take ownership of program operations and clinical oversight
- Clinical Responsibilities: Lead treatment planning, Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluations (CMDEs), Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), progress monitoring, and staff supervision
- Team Oversight: Supervise behavior technicians and Level II/III providers
What We're Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification and eligibility to enroll as a Minnesota EIDBI provider
- Direct, hands-on experience with Minnesota's EIDBI program, including CMDEs, ITPs, progress monitoring, and DHS requirements
- Previous experience running or leading a program, preferably in a smaller agency with a high level of independence
- Confidence supervising clinical staff and managing day-to-day program operations
Important: This role requires specific Minnesota EIDBI experience. General ABA experience alone will not meet the requirements.
