Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule working 4x10-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• On-call requirements of 6-8 calls per month, which can include weekends
• Weekend on-call coverage may be required
• No float requirements
• Must have 2+ years of OR experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Specialty experience required in: Robotics, General Surgery, Trauma, Orthopedics, Vascular, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, and Thoracic Surgery
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA only)
• Virginia State License or Compact license required
• Scrub color: Blue, all other attire must comply with facility dress code policy

Facility:

This facility is a large medical center with 495 beds offering a wide range of surgical services. The surgical services department supports multiple specialties including robotics, general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, vascular, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, and thoracic surgery. The facility utilizes Epic EMR and maintains high standards for patient care across its surgical services unit.
