What you can expect from this role
- Embrace a flexible schedule of variable 8-hour shifts, accumulating to 40 hours weekly, within a clinic operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Offer medical care within a supportive environment, meeting the needs of a diverse patient base seeking family medicine, general surgery, and internal medicine services.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and personalized care to patients spanning all age groups.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant program
Certifications
- Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
