Supervises and directs the daily activities of the Behavioral Health Team. Oversees the coordination of care of patients with emotional and/ or chronic physical conditions with other health care professionals and community agencies to manage problems safely and effectively. Consults with team members, community agencies and primary care clinics regarding treatment and safety of patients. Conducts quality, safety, experience, and leader rounding. Responsible for staffing including coverage, supply managements as well as advancement of ILOS. Act as a mentor to new caregivers, provides just-in-time education and clinical program evidenced -based practice deployment and advancement.

* Must be able to communicate effectively in English

* Requires a master’s degree (MSW) in social work form an accredited graduate school of social work

* Must have a current license to practice in Oklahoma as an LCSW

* Must have Behavioral Health experience

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team

* Must have social work experience in a medical setting

* Develop and implement staffing coverage based on census and available staff

* Serve as an expert resource to staff for solving clinical problems

* Participates in group case and safety studies and provides real time feedback to staff

* Assist staff to efficiently utilize resources to meet patient care requirements and other professional responsibilities

* Work collaboratively with other intradisciplinary teams to solve problems in a fair and consistent manner

* Provide support, guidance, and feedback to staff

* Assist in the preparation and implementation of the annual goals for the department
