Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions primarily in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Adapt treatment approaches for geriatric and neurological patient populations.
- Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and document patient progress in compliance with charting systems such as Epic.
- Opportunities may include working in outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred; acute or inpatient rehabilitation experience also considered.
- Proficiency with the Epic charting system is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
