Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients in a high-risk labor and delivery unit.
• Manage and support up to 14 patients, including inductions and high-risk antepartum care.
• Assist with OB Triage, including testing for third trimester patients.
• Handle emergency situations with confidence and expertise, ensuring patient safety.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Document patient information concisely and accurately using Epic.

Qualifications

• Active AK RN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, and NRP certifications required.
• Proficient in Epic charting system.
• Charge experience preferred or willingness to train.
• Ability to maintain call-free availability and work every other weekend.
