Supplemental Health Care is seeking Social Workers in Madison, Wisconsin for a 13-week assignment at a partnering hospital. Acute Care Social Worker Contract Details:
- $1,820 - $1,971 per week
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Hospital Facility
- Weekly pay
- Duties include but are not limited to: communicating with patients and families to provide social, emotional, and psychological support

Requirements:
- Current Wisconsin Social Worker License
- American Heart Association BLS
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
