Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements). *Orientation for this unit will be held bi-weekly on Mondays. i.e., 05/20, 06/3, 06/17, etc.
Shift: 3x12 nights (1)
Years of Experience REQ: Minimum of 1 year of acute care of hospice experience or LTC experience.
Epic Experience REQ: 1 year of Epic experience is essential.
Number of Beds/Cases: 20. The RN to patient ratio is 6 to 1. Ancillary staff on site.
First-Timers Accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: TBD
Certs REQ: BLS and Washington/compact RN required.
Skills REQ: Scrub exp required
