Position: Licensed Physical Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled patient care in a safe and timely manner for individuals referred for services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of hospital and departmental policies while adhering to the New Hampshire Physical Therapy Practice Act.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays during the contract period

Location

This position is located in an outpatient hospital clinic in New Hampshire.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Bachelor of Science in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of previous Physical Therapy experience
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy License

Certification Requirements

• Current American Heart Association BLS certification

Additional Requirements

• Permanent address greater than 50 miles from the facility
• Physical Therapy skills checklist
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
• License verification documentation
