Job Description:
A prominent healthcare system in Nebraska/Iowa is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a reputable facility known for its commitment to patient care and professional growth. The position offers 12-hour day shifts with 36 hours guaranteed per week, providing a stable and predictable schedule. The assignment begins ASAP and runs for 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on operational needs.

As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality critical care, closely monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and possess a strong attention to detail.

What You Bring:

Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
Proven ability to manage critical patient situations with professionalism and compassion
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
Prior experience in a large hospital or tertiary care facility highly preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with ICU procedures and equipment

Certifications and Licenses:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Nebraska or Iowa
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Compensation and Benefits:

Weekly taxable pay of $2,062.65
Weekly stipend of $1,414.00
