Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and effective communication. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. Assists with clinical supervision of assistants and aides, and serves as clinical instructor for assigned students.Job Description:This role is a per diem position specifically requiring weekend availability. While there are no guaranteed hours, this role typically works 16 hours per pay period. This role also requires rotating weekends; minimum 2 weekend days a month and weekdays will be welcomed on days where there is a need for extra support.
