Position Overview
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care according to individualized patient needs. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based nursing care
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care
- Safely execute nursing interventions aligned with patient needs
- Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans as needed
- Perform technical nursing skills independently and competently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN preferred
- Active Nebraska RN license or valid multistate compact license
- Current BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Successful completion of Telemetry Cardiac Rhythm Course
- NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire
- ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire
