🔍 Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, ensuring safe and effective surgical procedures while supporting patients and their families.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the full nursing process
Function as a circulating and/or scrub nurse during surgical procedures
Monitor and assess patients, including identifying post-anesthesia and post-operative complications
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Provide physical and emotional support to patients and families
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Supervise and guide assigned team members
Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation
✅ Requirements
Active Washington State or Multi-State RN License
Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
Experience in Operating Room and Recovery Room preferred
Certifications required:
BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)
ACLS
PALS
