Ready for your next adventure? Combine your nursing expertise with the beauty of Montana! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Urgent Care setting in one of the most scenic locations in the country.
🏥 Position Overview
As an Urgent Care RN, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality patient care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach in a dynamic outpatient environment.
⏰ Assignment Details
Start Date: June 2026
Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Thursday – Sunday
Hours: 40 hours per week
On-Call: None
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and initiate appropriate interventions
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide patient and family education
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
Promote a safe and efficient care environment
Adapt quickly to urgent and evolving patient care needs
✅ Requirements
Active Montana RN license
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency, or acute care settings preferred
Familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
⭐ Preferred Experience
Background in EMS, Ski Patrol, or Search & Rescue
Outpatient or walk-in clinic experience
⚠️ Additional Notes
Candidate must reside at least 90 miles away from the work location
Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per contract if needed
