Overview:

Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients. Design functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities and serve as an educator to patients, families, and colleagues. Perform professional duties associated with patient care and therapy service development.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold expectations of confidentiality regarding patient and company information.
• Adhere to professional standards and codes of conduct.
• Ensure the safety of patients and colleagues by identifying hazards and following safety policies.
• Use clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans and goals for patient discharge.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain an active and applicable state license.
