Job Requirements and Comments:

• Clearance and Certification: Required Wyoming DFS clearance and BLS certification.

• Flexibility: Candidates should clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept, including locations, shifts, and departments, to expedite the offer process.

• Facility Preferences: Specify facility names, states, or indicate if open to any facility in any state. List all departments the candidate is experienced in and willing to work.

• Commitment: Candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Notify immediately if the candidate withdraws or becomes unavailable.

• Submission Requirements:

• Minimum of 24 months Med/Surg experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on the state license to practice.
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days and is not allowed during the first week of assignment.
• Driver’s license to verify residency.

• Travel experience is highly preferred.

• Compliance: Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. Review compliance requirements promptly.

• Profile Requirements:

• Complete specific cover page.
• Resume must include all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds.
• Med/Surg skills checklist completed in the last 12 months.
• Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days.
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor.

• Driver's license documentation.

• Certifications Required: BLS certification (AHA).
