Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in a residential facility specializing in postoperative care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health condition.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN license.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or similar environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in long-term care facilities.
- Familiarity with electronic health records.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
