Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Ensure that residents receive proper nutrition and hydration.
• Assist with medical procedures under the direction of registered nurses or physicians.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Assist in managing inventory of supplies and medications.
• Participate in resident care planning meetings.
• Respond to resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Comply with all healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the applicable state.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
