Pay Rate: $38/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $1,520/week, including stipend
Weekly Stipend: $1,230/week
Taxable W-2 Rate: $7.25/hour
Non-Taxable Stipend Equivalent: $30.75/hour
Overtime: Available after 40 hours/week

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: 5 shifts/week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation services in a clinical setting. The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to support patient care, treatment plans, mobility, and functional recovery.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility, transfers, and functional activities.
Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the Physical Therapist.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow facility policies, safety standards, and established care plans.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Current and valid PTA license/credentials.
PTA experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting preferred.
Must successfully complete the Stern Pre-Screen.
Resume required for submission.
Must meet all facility-specific compliance and submission requirements.
