Estimated Gross Pay Per Week Up To: $2221.92 (includes up to $1501.92 travel stipend)

Position Summary:

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 36 hours per week contract in Cleveland, OH. Job Requirements:

Minimum of 18 months recent Dialysis experience required
Must have 18 months permanent Dialysis experience
MUST HAVE PERMANENT OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND
AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
AHA or American Red Cross ACLS certification required
ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission
TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission
References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months
ACTIVE required certifications with nothing pending
Must complete a Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start
Must complete BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing contract
Travelers must be NICOTINE FREE, with the exception of Nurses and CSTs
Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System
Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date

Other Required Documentation:

Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
Two current clinical references
Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)
TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Must pass background check and drug screening
