Minimum Requirements:

Allied Health License for CA or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and protocols
Certifications: Current California Physical Therapy License, Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, NPTE
Equipment/Procedures: Skilled Nursing Facility, Outpatient, Inpatient
Experience: 1 year
