The Speech/Language Pathologist will administer appropriate tests as diagnostic tools for evaluation, provide appropriate private therapy to meet short and long term goals, determine length of therapy, time of discharge and/or referrals.JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTSType:  PRN or as needed.Typical hours for this position:  Potential shifts M-F 8-4:30, weekends and holiday rotation  Education:- Master's or Clinical Doctorate program in Speech/Language Pathology.Certification &amp; Licensures: - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Pathology from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)- Current licensure in the State of Missouri- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate- BLS certificationExperience:- No experience other than clinical internship required for entry Additional experience for Home Care and Hospice Speech Pathologists:- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements and is in good working order- required- Experience in Home Care, Hospice and/or Palliative Care- preferred- Must register with the Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR) and complete the FCSR background- requiredADDITIONAL INFORMATIONSaint Francis Healthcare System provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or genetics.
