We partner with our Nurses at Reston Hospital Center!The Clinical Resource RN Supervisor assists in the management of daily operations of the inpatient and Emergency departments and functions within the nursing care guidelines established by the Directors of each unit/department and in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Bed Resources and unit Directors: · You will collaborate with leadership teams to deliver quality care and excellent customer services for the service line. · You are responsible for the provision of safe, therapeutic patient care on your assigned shift. · You will coordinate the activities of professional and non-professional personnel to function as a team providing services to meet patient/family and staff needs in the absence of the department manager and hospital administration. <ul><li>You will triage, assess and treat patients of all ages</li><li>You will manage multiple cases simultaneously providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually</li><li>You must coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital, while being patient focused and safety aware at all times</li></ul> <ul><li>Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date</li><li>Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date</li><li>Registered Nurse</li><li>Associate Degree</li></ul>Reston Hospital Center has provided quality healthcare services since 1986.
