We want you to apply now.What You Will Do In Your Role:<ul><li>You will ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.</li><li>You will collaborate with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, and monitors to evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.</li><li>You will serve as a resource person for staff.</li><li>You will model a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.</li></ul>What Qualifications You Will Need:<ul><li>Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).</li><li>Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.</li><li>1 year experience in an acute care hospital setting.</li><li>Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.</li></ul>HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast is a full-service 340+ bed acute care hospital in Pasadena, Texas.
