Shift: Days / 7a-5p (10x3) 30 hours per week

Requirements:

• IN License
• 2 years previous Pharmacist experience
• Successfully completed NAPLEX required
• BLS
• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  
• Experience with Omnicell
• Experience with EMR CPSI
  

• Float will cover in outpatient pharmacy as needed
