Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day or night shift available; 8 or 12-hour shifts; Patient ratio 1:4 with tech support or 1:5–1:6 with PCT assistance; Rotating every 3rd weekend

• Dedicated charge nurse and strong team of RNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries on each shift
• Meditech EMR system with Welch Allyn equipment
• Manageable patient ratios with excellent nursing support
• Opportunity to care for complex post-surgical patients including total joint replacements, spinal procedures, and neuro cases
• May float to med/tele or surgical specialty floors based on staffing needs

Requirements:

• Current Kansas RN license or ability to obtain
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS or PALS certification (preferred)
• Basic Dysrhythmia training (preferred)
• Medical-surgical and/or post-operative nursing experience strongly preferred
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
