Description
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Location: Denver, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. RN-to-patient ratio of 5:1 on a 36-bed unit with team support including charge RN, techs, and unit secretary.
Highlights:

- Specialize in orthopedic, spine, and general surgery patients including total joint replacements (knee, hip, shoulder) and spine surgery
- Utilize Meditech EMR and standard ortho equipment including immobilizers, braces, and cold treatment devices
- Join a collaborative team known for excellent outcomes, strong employee engagement, and a welcoming culture that treats travelers like permanent staff
- Night shift with consistent RN-to-patient ratios and dedicated support staff
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state eligibility
- Solid medical/surgical nursing experience required
- Orthopedic and/or spine nursing experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated patient experience skills and empathetic bedside manner
- Energetic, positive personality with strong teamwork abilities
