Location: Brownsville, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 4:1 patient ratios, 2 weekends per schedule required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications required
• Strong triage and critical thinking skills using ESI guidelines
• Experience with trauma and cardiac alerts, including STEMI, stroke, and sepsis protocols
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is preferred but not required
