Location: Upstate New York
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM; floating to other units as needed

Highlights:

• Medical Surgical unit focused on post-surgical care and adult patient population
• Common diagnoses include post-op abdominal procedures, cholecystectomy, orthopedic fractures, bariatric surgery, and general surgical recovery
• Experience with specialty equipment including IV pumps, NG tubes, and feeding tubes
• EMR system: EPIC experience required
• Travel nursing experience is required for this assignment
• Block scheduling requested but not guaranteed

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license (required)
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• EPIC EMR proficiency
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed
