Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Evening/Night shifts, 8 or 12-hour shifts (1900-0730), every other weekend, holiday rotation, no call

Highlights:

• Float across multiple critical care units including Neuro ICU, Burn ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU, Trauma Surgery, and Medical/Surgical ICU
• Epic EMR system required; recent experience within the last 12 months preferred
• Experience high-acuity patient care in an academic teaching environment
• 13-week travel assignment with orientation provided
• Patient ratio of 3:1 with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response, pharmacy, and more

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact state license from permanent address state (must be in hand at submittal)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care ICU experience within the last 3 years
• Experience in multiple ICU settings with adult populations required
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
• Successfully completed travel assignment (13 weeks minimum)
• Epic EMR experience required (within last 12 months preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart Association only
• Basic arrhythmia experience; must pass telemetry competency exam prior to start
• Willingness to work with IMC/Progressive/General care populations as needed
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
