Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours per week), every other weekend

Highlights:

• 40-bed inpatient postpartum unit providing family-centered care to mothers and infants
• Patient ratio of 3-4 dyads (6-8 patients) per shift
• 36 hours of orientation provided upon start
• EPIC charting system experience preferred
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Care for healthy newborns, postpartum vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and neonatal abstinence syndrome infants

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of postpartum nursing experience required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• IV start skills and labor & delivery experience required
• Telemetry interpretation skills required; must pass EKG exam prior to start date
• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) in hand at time of application
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Two professional references required, including at least one manager or director-level reference
