Location: Northern Michigan
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required, possible on-call

• Care for over 4,000 cardiology patients annually with advanced procedures including PTCA, stents, TAVR, MitraClip, and bi-ventricular pacemakers
• Specialized experience with open heart surgery post-op patients, congestive heart failure, and electrophysiology studies
• Work at a Top 50 Heart Hospital in the United States with access to national clinical research trials
• Float to similar ICU units including Neuro, CVICU, and Trauma as needed
• Unit redesigned in 2017 by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN)

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered Michigan RN license
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required (floating experience does not qualify)
• EKG interpretation experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Completed skills checklist within one year of application
• Preferred: Experience with ventilator management, CRRT, and balloon pumps
• Preferred: Neuro, CVICU, or Trauma experience
• Must be willing to float to similar critical care units
