Start Date: April 13, 2026 (orientations every other Monday)
Location: Charleston, West Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4x10 Days, Monday-Friday, typically 7:30am-6:00pm with on-call rotation (weekdays and weekends); every third weekend required (5-6 total weekends in contract); 40 hours per week guaranteed

Highlights:

• Work in a Level IV Trauma Center and major teaching hospital with 838 staffed beds
• Interventional vascular radiology suite specializing in peripheral angiography/venography with intervention, EVAR, TEVAR, carotid stenting, and neuro-intervention including acute stroke and embolization
• Average daily census of 7-10 patients across 3 procedure rooms
• On-call requirement approximately 8 days per month including 1 weekend per month with 30-minute response time
• Siemens fluoroscopy equipment and ultrasound; Cerner charting system with PACS integration
• Open to accommodating blocked schedule requests within reason, discussed at interview

Requirements:

• ARRT certification required; Vascular Intervention certification preferred
• West Virginia State License required (may submit with pending, but must be active prior to start)
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association); Vascular Intervention certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in interventional radiology
• Previous charge experience required
• Proficiency with fluoroscopy, PACS, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and supply stocking
• Experience with vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose), sterile technique, EKG lead placement, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
• Skills required include EVAR, TEVAR, carotid stenting, embolization, angioplasty, stent placement, central venous access, and dialysis graft interventions
• Must reside 100+ miles from facility (75-99 miles considered on case-by-case basis)
• Flu vaccination required during flu season (October 1 - March 31) unless medical exemption provided
• First-time travelers accepted
