Location: Holmdel, New Jersey
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8). No weekends, no holidays, no on-call.

Highlights:

• Leadership role overseeing EP, Neuro, Vascular, and Cardiac DAR within a comprehensive Cath Lab
• Manage patient throughput, staff performance, quality improvement measures, and risk management
• Supervise diverse procedural areas including right/left heart cath, PCI, pacemakers, peripheral procedures, TEEs, and more
• Collaborate with Cardiac Cath Supervisor and Lead Tech to optimize daily operations and patient flow
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
• Work in a collaborative environment focused on efficiency, patient safety, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program (Master's preferred)
• Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification and AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
• Minimum 3 years in critical care, clinical cardiology, interventional radiology, or perioperative services
• Current endovascular/cardiac catheterization experience or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• 5 years of experience in cardiac catheterization laboratory; 10 years in clinical cardiology preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills
