Schedule: Weekend nights (Friday/Saturday) plus one additional weeknight | 3x12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours/week)

Highlights:

• Float across multiple critical care units including Neuro ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and Cardiology/Diagnostics based on acuity and staffing needs
• Float policy ensures assignment to units of equivalent or lower acuity
• 2:1 patient ratios across all shifts with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including RT, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• EPIC charting system utilized facility-wide
• Work in a high-acuity environment with advanced procedures including transplants (kidney, liver, lung, heart), EVDs, ICP monitoring, and complex ventilator management
• 36-hour orientation provided to support transition into the float pool role

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Demonstrated competency in IV starts, telemetry interpretation and management, and ventilator management
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership role)
