Description
Start Date: May 11, 2026
Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, varying days; 13-week assignment
Highlights:
- Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit caring for extremely premature infants from 22 weeks gestation and beyond
- High-acuity patient population requiring advanced critical care interventions
- Exposure to cutting-edge neonatal therapies including total body cooling, High Frequency Oscillator Ventilation, and inhaled nitric oxide
- Hands-on experience with complex treatments: vasopressor/sedation drips, central line management, and neonatal resuscitation
- 13-week contract with consistent night shift schedule
- Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based NICU protocols
Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience required
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Experience with high-acuity neonatal patients and advanced ventilation modalities preferred
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
