Start Date: May 4, 2026
Location: Dayton, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Inpatient psychiatric setting – specific shift details provided upon interview
Highlights:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient psychiatric unit
- Develop individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate actively in discharge planning and care transitions
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing leadership, and clinical staff
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health care
Requirements:
- Active Ohio RN license or Multistate Compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
