Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other/third weekend required

Highlights:

• 22-bed specialty unit serving adult and geriatric patient population with average daily census of 20
• Diverse case mix including burns, plastic/reconstructive surgery, urology, GYN, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial procedures
• Specialized procedures include burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy
• EPIC documentation system and Pyxis medication management
• Teaching hospital environment with robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Floating within the hospital system may be required

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Ohio or valid compact license required at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required
• Experience with similar patient populations preferred
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• 2 professional references required (at least 1 from a manager/director or formal leadership role)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
