Start Date: May 18, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), day/night rotation every 4 weeks, every other weekend, 36 hours per week

Highlights:

• Specialized Neuro ICU environment with complex patient population including stroke, brain injury, and post-neurosurgery patients
• Manageable patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 depending on acuity
• Epic electronic health record system
• 13-week assignment with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Advanced neuromonitoring experience with EVD, ICP monitoring, and ventilator management
• On-call duties required with floating to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience required
• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Current certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA certifications only)
• Core skills: IV starts, telemetry interpretation, ventilator management, intracranial pressure monitoring
• Epic EHR experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Two professional references required (at least one from manager/director or supervisor)
