Location: Smyrna, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend required; floating in rotation with full-time staff

• Documentation via Meditech EMR system
• Opportunity to develop advanced ventilator management and medication titration skills

Requirements:

• Current Tennessee RN license or compact state license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ICU experience with ventilator/sedation management and medication titration
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude
• Commitment to patient experience standards including AIDET and patient education
• Charcoal gray scrubs (required uniform)
