Start Date: June 12, 2026
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM), on-call rotation and every other weekend

Highlights:

• Provide IHD hemodialysis services in both a dedicated dialysis unit and at ICU bedside for critically ill patients
• Manage peritoneal dialysis patient connection and disconnection
• Work primarily with Fresenius machines with full orientation provided on equipment
• Serve stable dialysis patients in the unit as well as ICU patients requiring bedside treatment
• Contract extension opportunities available up to 18 months
• Comprehensive orientation including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety training

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of recent permanent dialysis experience required prior to travel assignment
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications
• Two recent professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in dialysis specialty from assignments within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Negative drug screen within 12 months of start date
• Clear background check with no open cases
