Job Opportunity – MRI Technologist – Illinois

Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: New Lenox, Illinois
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Weekend coverage required; Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; on-call rotation to be determined

Highlights:

• Perform routine and specialized MRI procedures for patients of all ages across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department settings
• Work with GE MRI equipment and maintain adherence to manufacturer quality control guidelines
• Evaluate image quality, administer contrast media, and apply age-appropriate technical protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and requesting physicians to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic imaging
• Operate hospital computer systems and maintain equipment calibration and safety standards
• Weekend assignment provides consistent schedule with every Saturday and Sunday coverage

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent GE MRI experience (required)
• ARRT Certification (required; ARMRIT not accepted)
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated commitment to MRI safety standards and patient-centered care
