Location: Petoskey, Michigan

Schedule: Full-time position with on-call requirements including one night per week (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and one weekend per month (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Friday through Sunday). Holiday coverage required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) experience required
• Current NBSTSA or NCCT certification required
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required
• Active Michigan state license required with LARA and Nursys verification
• Preferred experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Endo-Vascular, Urology, or OB specialties
• Completed skills checklist within one year of application
• Strong attendance record and professional reliability essential
