Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit RN (Float Pool) – Georgia

Start Date: August 2, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Float Pool assignment rotating to all PCU/IMCU units with cardiac patient populations. Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4. Telemetry assignment may be included based on unit needs.

Highlights:

• Float to Progressive Care and Intermediate Care units specializing in cardiac populations including STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery, and chest pain patients
• Experience with advanced cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and vasopressor medications
• Opportunity to work with diverse patient acuity levels, including telemetry beds within the same unit
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record system in use
• Fast-paced environment within a large, high-volume healthcare facility
• Minimal requested time off during contract period

Requirements:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive care or intermediate care experience in a similar-sized facility
• Demonstrated competency with cardiac patient populations and cardiac drip management
• Badge-appropriate professional photograph and complete demographic information required for credentialing
