Description
Start Date: August 2, 2026
Location: Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Float Pool assignment rotating to all PCU/IMCU units with cardiac patient populations. Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4. Telemetry assignment may be included based on unit needs.
Highlights:
- Float to Progressive Care and Intermediate Care units specializing in cardiac populations including STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery, and chest pain patients
- Experience with advanced cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and vasopressor medications
- Opportunity to work with diverse patient acuity levels, including telemetry beds within the same unit
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record system in use
- Fast-paced environment within a large, high-volume healthcare facility
- Minimal requested time off during contract period
Requirements:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive care or intermediate care experience in a similar-sized facility
- Demonstrated competency with cardiac patient populations and cardiac drip management
- Badge-appropriate professional photograph and complete demographic information required for credentialing
