Job Opportunity – Medical Laboratory Technologist – Georgia

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM; every other weekend rotation required; 13-week assignment

Requirements:

• Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Technologist certification required
• Demonstrated experience with Sysmex and CellaVision hematology analyzer systems
• Previous experience in a large hospital laboratory setting (600+ beds preferred)
• Proficiency in performing accurate differential counts, especially for neonatal and complex specimens
• Strong troubleshooting skills for managing challenging samples including turbid specimens and platelet abnormalities
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Ability to work independently with minimal training and adapt quickly to departmental workflows
